| Episode Summary |
| The opening starts out with someone pointing out that Satostu is a fake. Thus with all the particapants fustrated, not knowing which is real, for the "real" implies all his hunter proof is stolen, all is confused. Hisoka throws his cards at both of them, leaving one dead and the other alive. Hisoka implies that the real one will not die so easily and warned if he attacks him once more, he will be disqualified.
Now they start the 2nd half of the test, it consumes more strength through the mud. As they run, a fog rises and grows thick. Killua implies to Gon that it would be best to stay up with the officer and away from Hisoka, for he knew Hisoka will start to kill. Thus, Gon alerts Kurapica and Leorio. Now that the fog has grown so thick that you can't see anyone ahead or behind. As Leorio and Kurapica run, they notice many people have died through the wild creatures traps without caution.
Now all that has happened, those who were behind, Hisoka started his attack, including Kurapica and Leorio involved. many particapants charge at Hisoka, but they ended up being killed less than a minute. Suddenly Gon's instinct is telling him that Leorio needs his help. Now that it's only Leorio, Kurapica, and Bokuru, left for Hisoka to kill. Bokuru implies that even with all of their strength combined, they wouldn't win against Hisoka. When Hisoka got close, they all dashed in their direction. Due to Leorio's stubborn-ness, he came back and Hisoka beat Leorio easily. Before he killed Leorio, Gon came just in time. Hisoka, knoccking Leorio out in a punch, smiles and tell them that he "passed".
Gon, the simple-minded little fool, were confused by Hisoka's words. Hisoka leaves carrring Leorio, Gon falls in fear. As Kurapica and Gon run to catch up. As they run for a couple minutes, Kurapica explains the meaning of how they "passed" and so. Satostu ends the test right the second Kurapica and Gon make it. With the episode ending with Leorio waking up and wondering what kind of test the 2nd test is....
