| Episode Summary |
| After arriving from the harsh trip from the boat, Gon, Leorio, and Kurapica finally arrive at the island. The captain explains that they should all head for the tall tree in the middle of the island, and Gon tells Leorio and Kurapica the plan. But as another person comes across them and agrees to follow them to the tree too in need of a companion, Leorio leaves for the bus that seems to be the shorter way to Zaban city, their goal. But then the bus driver drives them to another direction, Leorio jumps out and joins Gon and them. After going through many traps and dangerous animals, they finally get across to a dark and scary alley. Little mask figures chanting and an old lady comes out proposing a universal riddle (meaning there is no proper answer). If they were to get it right, the old lady would guide them to the right path. However, if they get it wrong, then they lose their chance to become a hunter. |
